My recent visit to Topel's was better than usual, thanks to their new AutoSight Inspection program. I love that it took me step by step, and showed photos of potential problem areas in my vehicle. This helped me know what questions to ask the Service Adviser, Cassy Leminger (sp?). I appreciated that she gave me honest, realistic answers, and wasn't just trying to sell me jobs that were unnecessary!
My husband and I had our car serviced with Topel's for routine maintenance. They completed the job in a timely manner and did a wonderful job replacing parts that needed to be replaced. On top of providing excellent mechanical service, the service manager was wonderful to work with. She was informative and provided clear, precise, and relevant information to us to help us understand the need for our new car parts. The prices were reasonable and we are happy with the services we were provided. We will continue to do business with Topel's in the future and would recommend the shop to anybody looking for a caring, passionate business.
We recently moved to the area and received a coupon in the mail for a complimentary oil change as a new mover welcome. Customer service was great! People were super friendly! And there was even a fresh baked cookie waiting in my car when it was done! I highly recommend Topel's!

He shook my hand when he came to pick my car up(as simple as it was, it was nice to see a gentleman), they updated me every step of the way and a wonderful balance of professional and friendly.
