AS A DISABLED VIETNAM MILITARY VETERAN I WAS SCAMMED, ROBBED AND RIPPED OFF BY THE LAKELAND SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN LAKE MILLS, WISCONSIN OF $800.00 FOR DESTROYING MY 1992 CADILLAC SEDAN DEVILLE AFTER WORKING ON IT FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. THEN I WAS TOLD TO MAYBE TAKE IT TO HOLTZ AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN WATERTOWN, WISCONSIN AND THEY COULD MAYBE FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR. I FEEL THEY DID NOT WANT TO FIX THE 26 YEAR OLD CAR, BUT WANTED ME TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR INSTEAD. WHAT A RIPOFF. I FEEL I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED MY $800.00 BACK AT LEAST FO DOING NOTHING.
BEWARE! Complete rip off service center. My air conditioner stopped working in June, they told me I had a refrigerant leak. I took it to another service center for a second opinion... they said there was no leak, they refilled the refrigerant and my air conditioner worked perfectly all summer and still works! The reason I got a second opinion is because I was suspect of prior service.
IBAD SERVICE HAD MY CAR TOW THERE SATURDAY MY CAR DIDNT GET CHECK IN UNTIL WEDNESDAY SO I HAD MY TOW FROM THERE .....
